Refund policy
At REVON, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If a product is not right for you, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions set out below.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered.
Requests made after this period may no longer be eligible for processing.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

the product must be unused and in new condition

it must be returned in its original packaging

all accessories, parts, or included items must be returned with it

proof of purchase must be provided, such as the order confirmation email or invoice
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
A return may be refused if the item shows signs of use, has been damaged without valid justification, is incomplete, or is no longer in a condition suitable for resale.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return concerns a confirmed defective or damaged item, the cost of returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer.
Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Make sure the product meets the return conditions listed above.

Contact us at support@revon-pov.com to request the return form.

Complete the form and include it inside the parcel. If you are unable to print it, you may write the same information by hand.

Send the parcel to the return address indicated in the form.
When contacting us, please indicate whether you would prefer:

a refund

an exchange

or store credit
5. Return Review and Processing
Once your parcel has been received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
If the return is accepted, REVON will either:

issue a refund using the original payment method
-
send an exchange item, subject to stock availability

or provide store credit, where requested
Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be reviewed and processed, excluding any banking delays.
REVON reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the required conditions or that is received outside the applicable return period.
6. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.
To be eligible, the item must not have been used, altered, or modified.
If the issue is confirmed, REVON may offer, depending on availability and your preferred resolution:

a replacement

a refund
-
or store credit
In such cases only, return shipping costs may be covered by REVON. Where appropriate, a prepaid return label may be provided.
7. Refunds
Once a return has been approved and processed:

the refund will be issued to the original payment method
-
a confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed
