2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the REVON website by consumers located in the United Kingdom.

3. Orders

Placing an order on the website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

REVON reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order where there is a prior dispute with the customer, a suspicion of fraud, a manifest pricing mistake, or inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent delivery details.

4. Product Information

REVON aims to present its products as clearly and accurately as possible.

That said, slight differences may occasionally appear, in particular due to screen settings, lighting during photography, or manufacturing tolerances. Such minor differences shall not be considered a defect and do not entitle the customer to a refund on that basis alone.

5. Prices

All prices shown on the website are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

REVON may update its prices at any time, but the price charged to the customer will always be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website at checkout.

The order becomes final only once payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.

7. Delivery

REVON delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery is offered free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Estimated delivery times, as indicated on the relevant product pages, are generally as follows:

– preparation and dispatch: 2 to 3 business days
– shipping transit: 5 to 8 business days

The overall estimated delivery timeframe is therefore 7 to 11 business days.

Where necessary, products from the same order may be sent in separate parcels.

8. Parcel Shown as Delivered

If tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first:

– check with neighbours, reception staff, or any safe place designated for delivery
– contact the carrier directly using the tracking details provided

If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, and the delivery address entered at checkout was accurate and complete, REVON will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

If the issue is caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, REVON shall not be obliged to issue a refund or send a replacement.

Any claim for non-receipt must be submitted within 45 days of the order date. After that period, the parcel will be regarded as having been duly delivered.

9. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refused Deliveries

In accordance with applicable consumer protection rules, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date they receive the product.

Returned items must be unused, complete, and sent back in their original condition.

Unless the return is due to an error attributable to REVON, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused without valid reason or not collected and is therefore returned to sender, REVON reserves the right to deduct handling and return-related costs of up to 25% of the order value.

Any refund will be made within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method where possible.

10. Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact REVON as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.

Once the issue has been reviewed, REVON may offer, depending on the circumstances:

– a repair
– a replacement
– or a refund, where no suitable alternative remedy is available

This does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations, or normal wear and tear.

11. Statutory Guarantees

REVON products benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under UK consumer law.

Where a product is shown to be non-conforming, REVON will normally first offer repair or replacement. A refund will be considered where repair or replacement cannot reasonably be carried out or would be clearly disproportionate.

12. Liability

REVON shall not be liable for indirect loss, damage caused by misuse of the product, or temporary technical issues affecting access to the website.

13. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the website is used for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and customer support.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity, or performance shall be brought before the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

REVON may revise these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

The version applicable to the customer’s order is the one published on the website at the date the order is placed.
